Nitya Saarthi Foundation collects the details you choose to send us: your name, email, phone, city, and, for an 80G receipt, your PAN and address.

We use that information to reply to you, to issue a donation receipt, and to meet the Income Tax rules that apply to 80G. Payment data is handled by the payment gateway, not stored on this website.

We do not sell personal information. You can ask us what we hold, and ask us to correct it, by writing to nityasaarthi@gmail.com.
