Refund and Cancellation

Donations support work that is already underway, and are generally not refunded.
If a payment is duplicated or made in error, write to nityasaarthi@gmail.com within 15 days. Eligible refunds are returned in 7 to 10 working days.
A monthly donation can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future debits. Amounts already used for a project are not reversed.
