Volunteer voices

In their own words, from the Saarthi magazine.

What began as a spontaneous phone call inviting me to volunteer quickly led to an unforgettable experience with Nitya Saarthi, coordinating the travel of 200 kids to Mumbai to explore new opportunities ahead. Meeting them revealed big dreams, hidden talents, and skills in so many areas, despite lacking resources we take for granted. Through Nitya Saarthi, they’ve gained purpose and a brighter way to live, teaching me to truly value what I have.

Khushi Bagaria

Being part of the Mumbai tour was both eye-opening and deeply humbling. Spending time with these children reminded me of how fortunate we are and how much more we can do for society. What stood out most was the children themselves, their curiosity, enthusiasm, and impeccable discipline. Despite limited resources, they were eager to learn and genuinely curious about the paths they could pursue in the future.

Elena Amolik, JBIMS

What distinguishes Nitya Saarthi is its extraordinary level of involvement at the grassroots. Children who once saw limited futures now aspire to become doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, and professionals, preparing for pathways like JEE and NEET with confidence and hope. Nitya Saarthi Foundation is not just building education systems, it is nurturing belief, vision, and purpose.

Tanushri Bamb

Being part of the Nitya Saarthi Mumbai exposure trip was one of the most joyful and heart-warming experiences of my life. Despite limited resources, the children’s discipline, values, and mutual care stood out everywhere we went. Sometimes, all a child needs is someone to listen, to cheer them on, and to believe in them. Nitya Saarthi creates that space every day.

Sanchit Gaikwad
Do I need teaching experience?

No. Subject teachers do. Many other roles need reliability more than a classroom background.

Is there a minimum age?

18.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, for completed volunteering.
