We Teach, We Empower

Tribal toppers, every single year. Stay, food and coaching are free.

Program overview

A residential programme for exceptional students

Every year, after the completion of the 9th standard, 500+ students write an entrance exam and 100+ selected students are invited to join our residential programme, a focused learning environment designed to nurture talent that often goes unnoticed. It brings together bright young minds from 20+ tribal schools in Wada, Vikramgadh, Jawhar and Mokhada talukas, offering structured guidance, academic rigour and personal mentorship.

While teaching in these schools, we observed that many students are intelligent and motivated, yet disadvantaged by limited access to quality education and proper academic direction. This gap, not lack of ability, often prevents them from competing with urban peers. The residential programme was created to change that narrative.

More than the exam

Yoga and meditation

Sessions for concentration, emotional stability and the stamina a long exam season asks for.

Spoken English

Many students come from homes where English is not spoken. Language classes build both skill and confidence.

Meals

Nutritious meals and snacks are part of the residential programme, not an extra.

Festivals

Ganapati, Diwali and Raksha Bandhan are celebrated at camp. The farewell is often emotional. They leave as a family.

We also hold regular counselling sessions with parents, so families can back their child’s ambition.

Our core initiatives

High-quality faculty and entrance exam preparation

At the heart of the programme is a team of highly qualified and committed faculty members. These educators bring subject expertise, discipline and mentorship, ensuring that students receive the quality of instruction they deserve. Well-equipped electronic classrooms support modern learning methods, while focused academic planning prepares students for competitive entrance examinations such as CET and NEET.

This preparation is not merely about the exam; it is about instilling confidence, ambition, and a belief that higher education is within reach.

Visits to Mumbai and educational experiences

To broaden perspectives beyond textbooks, we organise educational visits to Mumbai, often a student’s first exposure to a large city and the possibilities it holds. Students visit the Nehru Planetarium and Nehru Science Centre, leading colleges including IIT Bombay at Powai, and corporate offices. Together, these experiences form the foundation for structured career counselling and guidance, transforming aspiration into informed ambition.

Mumbai: Exposure, and a reason to aim higher

Every year we bring students to Mumbai. For many it is a city they have only heard of. At IIT Bombay and Thakur Polytechnic they see robotics, aircraft, rocket engines and real science labs. At HDFC Ergo and Reliance Jio they see an office from the inside. At Nehru Science Centre, the Planetarium, Chowpatty and Mantralaya they take in the city’s history.

In May 2026 the morning was at IIT Bombay and the afternoon at HDFC Ergo, where staff welcomed the students, taught a session on banking and finance, and walked them through the office. The students thanked their hosts with a dance.

The results speak for themselves

From 2022–23 to 2025–26, all 216 of our Class 10 students passed SSC. 74 scored above 80% and 123 above 75%. Four years out of four, the toppers of Wada and Vikramgad talukas (Marathi medium) came from our batch. Many jump 20 to 29 percentage points between Class 9 and Class 10.

Students from the two-year programme now study computer, mechanical and civil engineering, pharmacy, agriculture, horticulture, fisheries and science at colleges in Maharashtra. Some come back to teach.

Most students secure more than 85% in their 10th grade.

Most students are pursuing higher professional education in Engineering, Agriculture, Pharmacy and Nursing from reputed institutes of Maharashtra.
